若您的交換期將於這學期末結束的話，請記得在您離校返國前，前來國際事務處辦理離校手續。
離校手續的相關辦理方式，請詳見Handbook中第16頁，並請使用第
45、46頁的表格完成手續，或是至本處網址下載
「離校程序單」和 「Exchange
Evaluation」:

請將以上兩張表格填寫完畢，並經各相關單位核章後，交回至本處辦公室（第二行政大樓四樓402室）。並請記得以電子檔寄給本處您的交換心得報告（約
1,000-1,500字）以及交換學習期間的相片。
